413 Beulah Hill (17/00443/PA8) for Installation of replacement antennaes and a satellite dish on roof with associated equipment

20 Craignish Avenue (17/00170/LP) Internal alterations and use as a single family dwelling house.

32 Gibson’s Hill (17/00348/HSE) for erection of single-storey rear extension.

157 Green Lane (17/00466/FUL). Erection of a building at rear to provide a cattery.

1168A London Road (17/00201/FUL). Alterations: erection of single storey rear extension and dormer extension in rear roof slope: use of first, second and third floors as 1 one bedroom and 1 studio flats.

1361 London Road (17/00016/FUL). Alterations and erection of a single storey extension to provide an additional one bedroom flat

1411-1413 London Road (17/00241/FUL). Costs Coffee. Use as a mixed Class A1/A3 Coffee shop, installation of shopfront, and 2 no. air conditioning units and provision of outside seating area This application was submitted following investigation by the Council’s Planning Enforcement team.

1523B London Road (17/00303/DISC) for Discharge of condition 1,2,3,8,9, and 10 attached to planning permission 15/04806/p for the  Alterations to existing building. Revised details submitted given part rejection of previous conditions discharge proposals. JPC had objected that those conditions had not been met.

80 Newlands Road (17/00212/FUL). Alterations and installation of lightwell; conversion to form 1 four bedroom and 1 one bedroom flats

81 Newlands Road (17/00228/HSE). Alterations to roof to include erection of dormer extension in rear roof slope; installation of rooflights in side roof slope.

31 Ryecroft Road (17/00121/CAT). T1 Willow. Far end of garden, looking from house. Left hand side remove up to 4m back to fork 7″ diameter. Central leader, remove 2 uprights with included bark 4m. Thin remaining canopy by 20% on house side to reduce weight over lean. T2 Lime. Right hand side 2nd lime to back repollard, lengths of up to 4.5m T3 Willow. Mid garden right hand side, remove lowest branch right hand side viewed from house, 5m, diameter 5″. Remove major deadwood X 2. Far right hand side upper canopy remove branching to within 0.3m of fork (see attached photo taken from back of garden).
