183 Covington Way (16/04325/HSE). Alteration and use of garage as habitable room; erection of a first floor side extension.

8 Crescent Way (16/04004/P). Retention of detached building at rear. The Joint Planning Committee is asking for a condition that this cannot be used as a residential unit separate from the house.

27 Croft Road (16/04302/LP). LDC application for erection of gable end roof extension and dormer extension to rear roof plane.

27 Croft Road (16/04303/HSE). Erection of single/two storey side/rear extension and dormer extensions in rear roof slopes.

46 Ederline Avenue. (16/04754/GPDO). Erection of single storey rear extension projecting out  3 metres (6 metres from the original house)  with a maximum height of 3 metres. This is additional to the existing extension.

4 Granville Gardens (16/03790/DT). Land and Garages Adjoining – Demolition of existing buildings for provision of car parking for new Lidl store.

161 Green Lane (16/04095/LP). Erection of gable end roof extension with dormer extension in rear roof slope.

Building Control states work started although application not been approved.

Lidl Store, 1 Hermitage Lane (16/04542/ADV). Illuminated freestanding sign. Its actually a pylon board (LIDL Pylon 6m, 2100 x 5990 mm) with a highly detailed technical brief accompanying the application.

61 Isham Road (16/04122/HSE). Erection of single/two storey side/rear extension.

9 Kilmartin Avenue (16/04242/HSE). Erection of conservatory.

1355-1357 London Road (16/04117/DISC). Discharge of conditions 5,7 8 attached to planning permission 16/00235/P for the Minor material amendment, to amend a condition (to be built in accordance with the approved drawings) of 03/01083/P, for revisions to the layout of ground-floor doors, installation of additional windows and revised fenestration, and alterations to the site’s frontage.

1355 – 1357 London Road. (16/04195/LP). Legal Development certificate for use of first floor as 2 3-bed flats housing up to 6 people each.

1355-7 London Road 16/04276/FUL & 16/04277/ADV. Delight Wedlinka revised applications for installation of plant equipment and alterations to shopfront and revised Illuminated fascia and vinyl window graphic following rejection of previous application.

1363 London Road (16/04504/CONR). Continued use for purposes within Class A3 Restaurant with alterations to front facade – shopfront (without compliance with condition 3 – hours of use- attached to planning permission 15/00626/P) Condition Number(s): Condition number 3. Conditions(s) Removal: There is a higher demand in the business at 1363 later on in the evening, a late night application was put through and approved however we have been advised the application must be amended. The late night license number is 14/00665/LIPREM. The license allows Friday and Saturday up until 2am and the rest of the week up until 1am. We would like to extend condition 3 opening hours up to 1am keeping within our licensed limits. Cllr Maggie Mansell is opposing beyond midnight. The Licence for 1369 was only granted to midnight, not 2 and 4am as requested.

1416-1418 London Road. (16/03805/GPDO) Use of upper floors as 6 flats.

1585 London Road (16/04068/FUL). Erection of single storey extension formation of 2 one bedroom flats at first and second floors.

These will be improved flats above the Hap Lee Chinese Restaurant replacing existing 3 bedrooms on each floor.

56 Melrose Avenue  (16/04442/HSE). Erection of single storey rear extension.

252 Norbury Avenue (16/03908/LP). Legal Development Certificate for erection of single storey rear extension projecting out 8 metres with a maximum height of 3 metres (in connection with prior approval application 16/03760/GPDO.

283 Norbury Avenue (16/04225/FUL). Alterations; Conversion to form 2 x 1 bedroom and 1 x 2 bedroom flats; provision of associated parking.

Building Control (16/01965/FP) says the work has started though permission has not yet been granted.

311 Norbury Avenue (16/04187/GPDO). Erection of single storey rear extension projecting out 4.6 metres with a maximum height of 4 metres.

30 Norbury Close  16/04435/LE. Retention of single storey detached building at rear It is a gym/sportsroom and store.

81 Northborough Road (16/04371/HSE). Demolition of existing timber lean to and erection of single storey rear extension.

The applicant is the Council. Purpose to enlarge kitchen.

120 Norbury Crescent. (16/04537/NMA. Retention of conversion to form 2 two bedroom flats (amendment to planning permission 16/02110/p) It actually states that the owner of oen of the 2 bedroom/onetsudy flats wants to make into a three bedroom flat.

150 Norbury Crescent. (16/04582/FUL). Alterations; conversion to form 1 three bedroom, 1 two bedroom & 1 one bedroom flats; provision of bin store.

15A Northborough Road. (16/04508/DISC). Discharge of conditions 1,2 ? 5 attached to planning permission 13/03021/p for the Erection of two storey infill extension with accommodation in roofspace to provide one bedroom live/work unit.

29 Pollards Hill South (16/03781/P). Erection of raised balcony area to rear.

86 Pollards Hill South (16/04717/LP). Legal Development Certificate for erection of gable end roof extension with dormer extension in rear roof slope. This is a loft conversion.

41 Ryecroft Road  (16/04448/HSE). Erection of single/two storey side/rear extension. This is in Conservation Area.
